Refund Policy

We are committed to provide best services to our valued customers. Though order once placed is non-refundable, But there may be the reasons you want to cancel the order. While keeping your expectations high, we may offer you a refund subject to: –

  1. If the desired service has not been provided, except those requests which are non-serviceable as per government policy, or you have placed duplicate orders.
  2. Shipping cost, handling charges and any other taxes collected are non-refundable in any case.
  3. NO Refund shall be granted in case the customer failed to provide the required information i.e. OTP or document copy required to verify inaccuracy in data supplied, to process the service request or the contact details supplied in order page are incorrect or the calls are not attended by the applicant.
  4. No refund shall be granted on the grounds of payment made by mistake or change of mind or services availed from somewhere else.
  5. No Refund shall be considered once the service delivery has been started and could not be completed either due to non-availability of customer or government servers.
  6. No refund shall be granted for the delay of services due to technical issues with customer information or government server.
  7. Minimum handling charges of Rs. 300 shall be deducted from the consultation fee paid along with other charges paid to third party service providers. Additionally, the refund shall be issued exclusive of GST paid on service fee.
  8. The refund policies of our payment gateway are not applicable on us and refund rights are reserved with https://udyamregistration-msme.com and Fedsmaven Consultings Private Limited.

Please do write to us at care@fedsmaven.com with in 7 days of placing your order clearly mentioning the reason. If your concerns holds good, you can expect a refund of fee charged by us excluding any amount paid to the third parties i.e. Government Department, Certification Agencies etc. out of total amount collected from you. Don’t hesitate in writing to us. This is the best way to get issues resolved. Our team will be happy to help you.
