These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://udyamregistration-msme.com ("Website", "Platform") operated by Fedsmaven Consultings Private Limited, having its registered office at Bathinda, Punjab, India ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").
By accessing or using this Website or availing any services, you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
- • The Company provides consultancy, facilitation, and assistance services related to government registrations and compliance services to businesses and individuals.
- • The Company is a Private Entity and NOT affiliated/ authorised with/ by any Government Authority/ Department.
- • The Company process user service request on Government server on user's behalf only while working as an authorised agent of the user.
- • Approval, issuance, or rejection of any application is solely at the discretion of the respective government authority.
2. Service Request & Acceptance
- • Services shall be deemed requested once:
- o Payment is made, and/ or
- o Required information/documents are submitted
- • The Company reserves the right to:
- o Accept or reject any service request
- o Request additional documentation
3. Processing Time & Dependencies
- • The minimum processing time is 3 (three) working days from:
- o Receipt of complete and valid information
- o Successful payment
- • However, timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, and are subject to:
- o Availability and functionality of government portals/servers
- o Accuracy and completeness of user-submitted data
- o Eligibility of the applicant as per government rules
- o Technical issues beyond Company control
- o Delays from third-party or government authorities
The Company shall not be liable for delays arising due to the above factors.
4. User Responsibilities
The User agrees to:
- • Provide accurate, complete, and authentic information
- • Ensure eligibility before applying
- • Respond promptly to document requests
- • Share Different OTPs (generated by UIDAI Aadhar and/ or concerned portal) necessary to discharge the service requested by user.
Please note that most of the government registrations and servers require Aadhaar based and/ or other OTP authentications for KYC purpose which are not controlled by us and are to be submitted mandatorily to complete the service request. Any failure/ denial to share such OTPs will be considered as violation of acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall render the service non-deliverable with no liability on company.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
- • Rejection due to incorrect/incomplete data
- • Misrepresentation by the user
5. Fees & Payments
- • All payments made are towards service charges for consultancy and processing assistance.
- • Fees are non-governmental unless explicitly stated.
- • Payment once made shall be governed by the Refund Policy.
6. No Guarantee Clause
- • The Company does not guarantee approval, registration, or certification.
- • Final decision rests with the respective authority.
7. Limitation of Liability
- • The Company shall not be liable for:
- o Application rejection
- o Government policy changes
- o Server downtime
- o Loss arising from delay or rejection
- • Liability, if any, shall be limited to fees paid (exclusive of GST) for the specific service.
8. Refund Policy Reference
Refunds shall be governed strictly by the Refund Policy available on the Website.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by the Company and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
10. Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify the Company against:
- • False information provided
- • Legal disputes arising from user actions
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bathinda, Punjab (India) courts only.
12. Modification
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
